Arbor Place - Round Rock TX
As a Round Rock real estate specialist I have felt we needed a community catering to an exclusive high-end buyer. With so many doctors moving here to work at our many medical facilities like Scott & White, Seton Williamson, Austin Regional Clinic, and St. David’s Round Rock they did not have an abundance of choices to suit their needs. Finally my wish has been granted in the form of an executive, gated, private community called Arbor Place. Arbor Place will soon become the crown jewel of Round Rock as it offers what no other community does - a gated community in the city of Round Rock. In fact according to Mayor Alan McGraw the city actually had to change some ordinances to allow for the community to be built. With homesites averaging 95’, incredible convenience to shopping, numerous medical facilities, and extreme architectural detail and design features, this community is quickly becoming my favorite.
Arbor Place Builders
Featuring quality builders David Weekley, well known for their “Green” building and Highland Homes this is a neighborhood dreams are made of. Local physicians, executives, and discerning buyers will enjoy the comfort of the luxury homes and large lots coupled with the privacy of a gated community.
I visited the David Weekley model “the Lundy” located at 2104 Park Place Circle for their Grand Opening Ceremony. A friend remarked that I just “had to see the master bathroom,” and I decided to humor her meanwhile basking in my own arrogance that I see houses and bathrooms all day long and it couldn’t be THAT big a deal. I was dead wrong…The open shower, breathtaking architectural detail of tile work, stone, granite, and the shear enormity of this bathroom totally blew me away. I went so far as to tell the sales agents Rachea and Neil along with the Division President Ken Swisher that I would be moving in and could use the bathroom for my room. I was kidding, sort of…If my husband is looking for me tell him to call Neil and Rachea.
Arbor Place Homes
Arbor Place is slated to have a second phase that will includes garden homes for those desiring the peace and privacy of a gated community without the .25 acre yard to maintain. For now most homes begin in the $450K range and are above 3000 square feet and average a 95’ lot. These homes includes the tremendous bathrooms that would make even Oprah jealous and many have options for killer features like media rooms, “super utility rooms,” 3 car garages, sunrooms, and even private bedroom hide-aways.

To visit Arbor Place for yourself and turn your dream home into a dream reality (or dream bathroom) head to Round Rock. Take 620 west from I-35 or east if you are coming from the toll road or Parmer, turn on Wyoming Springs (next to Walgreens and very near St. David’s Round Rock Hospital), then an immediate left on Smyers Lane.
Tell them I sent you or better yet stop by the master bathroom and see if I am home.
